Welcome to 360 Photobooth Eventz! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and/or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our website or services.
Booking and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve your event date.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days prior to your event.

Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal.

If full payment is not received by the deadline, your booking may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date may receive a partial credit toward a future booking.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event.
Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure adequate space, power supply, and, where applicable, Wi-Fi access for the booth setup.

The client is responsible for ensuring the event location is accessible for setup and teardown within the agreed timeframe.

Any delays caused by lack of access, space, or power may result in a reduction of service time with no refund.
Damage and Liability

The client is responsible for any intentional damage to equipment caused by guests.

360 Photobooth Eventz is not liable for any injuries sustained during use of the photo booth or related equipment.

We are not responsible for technical issues due to venue power outages, Wi-Fi failure, or other factors beyond our control.
Photo and Video Use

By booking our services, you grant 360 Photobooth Eventz the right to use photos and videos taken at your event for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
SMS Marketing

If you opt into SMS marketing, you may receive occasional texts about promotions or updates.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website by introducing viruses, spam, or harmful technologies.
